Help

On Tuesday I slipped and fell down a flight of stairs at work. Fractured right elbow (I'm right handed). And some bruising. Very grateful though it wasn't more serious and that I didn't sustain a head injury.
This is my left handed list to ask ACC for ....

The paramedics had to cut my clothes off to access my injured arm and get a lure in the other. Hoping to get some reimbursement for that
