Sophie the dog and I went for a great adventure to North Chagrin Reservation( park) near Cleveland and spotted this tagged Butterfly. I hope it makes it to Mexico!
How neat! I did not know they tag butterflies. Great shot!

Good luck Mr. Monarch
The state park where I live in Md. has tagged and released 98 Monarchs.

@mtpagano @lesip @catwoman2 @lizbruce @pyrrhula @cookie123 Thanks all The Monarchs have been sparce this year, I hope they can make a comeback. I hope maybe most are just late or took another route. I usually get a few Catterpillars on my White Swamp Milkweed plants! none this year and the milkweed has bloomed out and is ready to release its seeds, which makes for another great photo op!
