Pulled Pork and Garlic Kielbasa

My Mother in Law is moving to S.C. to be closer to her other daughter and Son, We both still work and she will be able to have more care there! I will surely miss her!! I Smoked a Pork Butt and Some of a local stores Home-made Garlic Kielbasa for her going away dinner, an 8 hr Smoking in lump charcol and wonderful Apple smoking chips!!
