Started as a personal joke, Kind of like the Weather rock. If there's Snow on it, its Snowing if its wet, rain, etc. Added a wind gauge, lol and made a FB page. I have a nickname for it but will keep it to myself! It is also sporting a new Bandana!! Sophie's old ones fit it just right!!
