In my '20s I was a shell fisherman, and the restaurant to the right was Gilbert's Seafood where I would dock to sell my catch. I remember the sound of the rushing water from the tanks holding lobsters and crabs and the smell of the place.
@linnypinny@pdulis@haskar Thank you. On a particularly good harvesting day I approached the dock and my father was standing there. It was odd, because he wasn't happy about me being a fisherman after graduating from college. In his hands, he held my letter of acceptance to law school. The path of my life took a hard right turn.
