An impromptu catch up with a friend who I saw in the park after I finished my yoga session. She had her kids with her including her oldest son who's best friends with Cookie. I was so knackered after yoga though that I couldn't stay as long as I'd have liked. So we had ice-cream, a fairly quick photo session as I had my camera on me (as you do when you're doing 365) and then parted ways. I promptly when home, showered and zonked out for half an hour. .
