Not so much 'parent's evening' but parent's day. The entire school was closed so that the parent's could meet their kids form teacher for ten minutes. They send a text the day before to say that the kids are supposed to do the homework set for the day but my son didn't get any work which means that he had a day off. Makes me mad. Do they not know that people work? The school is supposed to teach the kids for a certain amount of days for the year. I'm pretty sure that today is supposed to be a proper teaching day. And to top it all they expect the kids to come into school in their school uniform when they haven't been in school for the whole day. It's nonsense. I might just take it up with the council/education authority and see what they have to say about it.
