Well, it is definitely a pier or harbor scene...gosh, hope I am not totally off on this...that would be really embarrassing...but regardless, it is beautiful!
it looks like a row of boats in a harbour, with lots of sparklers or fireworks or more possibly lights all over them, what ever the case its lovely and i love the deep blue of the sky

was about to update on laptop when i saw your note i will see if i can find one. of myself. everyone was right. it was a celebration at a marina where my son has his boat they relebrated x-mas in June a yearly festivity. and this was taken at night with fabulous lights reflections of some of the many boats participating..
