Passing this love display in one of my neighbor's front yard I couldn't resist taking this photo for our last day of this week's theme.
Look but don't touch these beautiful little figurines
Bruni...thankyou always, for your very lovely and supportive comments!
To do the "Menacing Gummi Bear" effect,
I used Picnik....and just went mad with exploring.
I had to go back and try to re-create it, as I couldn't remember any of the steps.
Honestly...all I do is play around with effects....I'd encourage everyone not familiar with the program to try it. It's so user friendly....and you can "undo" anything...no matter how many steps back you want to go.
Anyway, with this shot....
1. I started with the Vibrance effect set to 50%.
2. Used the Focal Zoom effect.
*focal size set to: 0%.
*Zoominess set to: 100%.
*Advance mode set to: Difference.
3. Used the Circle Splash effect.
*dragged the focus to the front Gummi Bear.
*Advance mode set to: Difference
