I think its a very new architectural building,
I tried to crop the bottom of the picture but then I lost the entrance of the building... more information and another picture see July 2 post.( filler from June 5 2010)

cool architecture, i though for a while this is in Dubai, almost the same design of the Metro Train here. is this a Metro Train station? beautiful.
