NOT AGAIN by bruni

NOT AGAIN

Yes I done it again. this morning we had to go back to the oral surgeon as Hans is still in pain after 3 1/2 weeks. this is the second visit after the surgical removal of a widom tooth. it just won't heal proper.. so now he's suppose to take antibiotics to prevent a low grade infection which can lead to a permanent condition...now to my problem..I often forget to put the sim card back into the camera and here I was taking pictures while Hans was driving and zero when I got home. once again no card in my P/S camera..it took 8 internal ones but I can't upload these because last year the camera was dropped and something went wrong. it just won't upload the internal ones. so today a filler from 2 days ago. A local farmer selling his produce right from his barn..its handy as it is right at the corner of town.. 10 minute walk from home.
oh I hope Hans will get better soon! Lovely filler, looks an interesting place!

Love the contrast between the rich red and the muted wood. Sorry about your camera error. Don't feel too bad. In the days before digital, I took all the pictures of my daughter's high school graduation with no film in the camera.
Hope Hans begins to heal. The same thing happened to my husband. It turned out the surgeon had left a bit of the tooth when he did the extraction. He got it out on the second visit. Hope that isn't Hans' problem.

That sounds like a miserable time Hans is having with that tooth. Here's hoping it can be resolved real soon.

I really like this shot- so it's a good filler. I've never missed out on putting the card back in, but I have been caught with the card being too full. We had gone to a wedding and I took one shot and then spent the next five miinutes frantically deleting anything that I remotely did not care about so that I could get some pictures of the bride and groom later! So don't feel bad about that! This looks like a place I would make a regular stop on my shopping day. I hope Hans is also feeling better by now. Having something wrong with you mouth is not fun!

@olivetreeann Thank you for your comment I know what you mean..if this happens at a wedding you can't take pictures later so you did exactly the right thing..eleminate..I've done that before as well. have to tell you that happened to me at another time. Hans my husband was outside..this was during the day..I heard him shout bring the camera, bring the camera. here was a mother racoon (shouldn't they be sleeping during the day?) with her 4 little babies. when I came out she was just climbing a tree to get away from the disturber..Hans.. such a nice picture of her and the babies up in the crotch of the tree. I handed Hans the camera and he shot at least 50 pictures..when we went inside and I tried to get the card out of the camera there wasn't one...this was maybe a once in a lifetime opportuity and we missed it. will I ever live it down. no..because I've done it numerous times since. just have to get into a different routine.

@bruni Oh that would be heartbraking! Maybe two cards- one is always in when the other one's out- but that might get confusing too!

@olivetreeann I agree with you..guess I just have to put the card right back after formating and not being so anxious to see the picture first and then forget about it.
