Now that could apply to the birds ofcourse but also to me..I'm looking forward to the lake waking up from it's winter sleep and to the return of the ducks and geese.
They look to be dreaming of some warmer weather. I love their resting poses! I, too, cannot wait until this summer. I will be off of my teaching job, and the lake (Lake Lanier..Atlanta GA) will be full this year. Some years, We've had drought, and it might be down as much as 15 feet. (It is a dammed up resevoir lake.) which is so depressing to see. And dangerous to boat on. We are getting rain, rain, more rain this winter....so it is going to be a great summer on the lake. I hope it will for you too!
And free blue water.. .
