Like I was saying, I took a lot of pictures of these magnificent fall colors. here again is a picture I took when we went hiking in what I call our forest close to where we live. this was last Monday, Thanksgiving day and I've never seen so many people as on this day. the parking lot was full so a lot of cars where parked on the road. we came across a lot of people, some took their dogs for an outing, others had a bunch little children, I saw a young mother carrying their babies and of course we see a lot of bikers. from what I could see, I was the only one carrying a camera.
I've the feeling people just walk straight ahead and not even see the beauty all around us. definitely no 365ers.
Awesome colors . I hope you did have a great Thanks giving day.
I `ve heard of the name `` Idian Summer`` is this what it`s looks like ? I can understand it is given a special name . Looks spectacular
@pyrrhula Ferry, our Indian summer - Nazomer - isn't here yet. we have many beautiful sunny days in October. it needs a heavy frost before an Indian summer. Wikipedia says it best. thank you for your nice comment. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_summer
Absolutely gorgeous photo, Bruni. Love the brilliant colors of Fall. So true that those on this site see everything as a photo, especially the beautiful things in nature like this. Fantastic. FAV
Spectacular colors and beautiful photo! Glad you had such a nice Thanksgiving. Ours is not until the 28th of Nov. I agree, when I go any where it seems like I'm the only one around with a camera. Like you, I see beauty in so many things. Keep it up!
@henrir Henri. you spent a lot of time catching up on my pictures. wow, I really appreciate the effort and also like to thank you favouring those gorgeous autumn colours.
