I like to apologize for not commenting on your pictures. I'm so awful busy at the moment. unfortunately my new tenant had to give me notice for reasons I don't like to mention on the internet. been busy most of today taking pictures again of the apartment and writing an add on Kijiji.
for some reason they couldn't find our location and when we made changes the pictures always disappeared. we must've tried it six times with no results. our town which is on the map wasn't recognized by them until we finally changed the towns name to the name of our township. and that worked. now they say it might take up to 24 hours for them to find my add as I forgot to write down the ID number. not my day. the first time we advertised this apartment over two month ago we had no problem using the town's name for our address. now I'll have to do the same thing over and post it on Craig's List and see if they still can get an add in for today. don't want to loose this long weekend for people to browse the adds.
Hans made up the flower pot and I like what he did. to the left of our walkway I planted the Black Eyed Susan of which I recently posted the first bloom.
Great view and capture of this beautiful corner of you house. Lovely flowers and Hans did a nice job. Did n`t quiet understand you lines but i think it`s very frustrating getting things not done as you like it to be.
I hope you have better luck this time with a new tenant. My son-in-law has 3 units he rents and he spends more time taking care of the problems in the rentals then in his own home!
@mbemis This picture is in front of our house. the rental is downstairs in our home. a split level. kitchen and bedrooms are in a basement with large windows to look outside and huge living room on the first level with walkout to their private deck.
Some days are like what you've described. So sorry, Bruni! It must be so frustrating. The good news is that you've been able to post a very beautiful photo today!
@mbemis Mannie if you go into my albums, right on top on the write of the page and click on View this month August picture will show up, then click on previous and you get July continue until May. the last four picture of this months show 3 collage of the apartment and one outside with a flower box they can see when looking out of the living room window.
@allie912 Allison, we were so happy with this lady. she was hardly ever home, very friendly and the apartment was spot clean and rent on time. she was very unhappy about having to give it up, she loved her new place and we hate to see her go due to circumstances beyond her control.
Nice shot, Bruni! Hans did well. So sorry to hear about your tenant not working out. I thought she was going to be ideal! What an ordeal about placing the ad. I would have called and done it over the phone. That way you know it's been done. I wish you luck on getting a new tenant fast. I wish I could afford to move there. I probably would like it much better than here.
@prttblues Bev. about the advertising. Craig's List is another one of them where you can advertise for FREE and add up to 24 pictures. everything is done over internet. Kijiji is the first one I did. here we can add up to 10 pictures with our add. FRE as well. so there isn't any phone service, it strictly goes over internet. if I put a small add in local paper it cost be for 20 words without any pictures $89.00 dollars and it runs for 2 weeks. Kijiji runs for as long as you need it while Craig's List runs for 45 days and then they take the add off. if need be you can put another one in. I had no calls from the local paper last time. so wish us luck. I know I will not find someone like her again. it was too good to be true. I'll write soon.

Very pretty. Sorry to hear about your tenant. It's hard but I hope you'll have a new tenant soon. We found out this week our neighbors are moving and will be renting their home to a lady with two dogs. I just hope they are not the yappy kind.
Fav.....love that group of black-eyed susans as well as the basket of flowers. So natural and lovely. We had tenants twice, once back in the mid 80s and another time in the late 70s......NEVER AGAIN. I would try to sell before I ever rented. Good luck!
