The Old Tannery as we remember it now houses small businesses and lots of offices like the Ontario March of Dimes Office, Traffic Ticket Advocate, Disability Services and Organisations.
Also Corporate Services Department, Provincial Offences Offices and Ontario Court of Justice.
Now you wonder why I was there. no non of the above. I signed up for a Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation Program which is going to be held by our Southlake Hospital. They offer a once a week for the duration of 1/2 year program which includes Exercise, Risk Recognition and Reduction, Healthy Eating Habits, Exploring the Impact of Cardiovascular Disease and Understanding My Cardiovascular Medication plus one on one sessions with Therapists, a Pharmacist regarding our Medication, a Nutritionist taking us on a Educational Shopping Tour in a Supermarket to help choose the right foods and the importance of reading labels.
Creative use of an impressive building. Sounds like you're getting help there too. I would think photo-therapy would be good for your heart too. Not sitting under lights but walking around on the working end of a camera.
