Happy New Year, Bruni! You are so lovely! I still don't believe you're as old as you say (or your photo ID!!). I hope you and Hans had a great new year's eve. I will try and call tomorrow (well today now), but it depends on the other half's schedule. I don't even know how late I can call! You should give me a cut off time. I will catch up on your photos (and everyone else's) later today. I have to hit the sack. My body and brain are spent.
Hi Bev. I'm up till about 11 pm most nights. up this morning at 3 am. couldn't sleep. call me anytime. if not in, the answering comes on, leave a short message to when I can call you back. it's now 5 am and I'm sitting down for a cup of tea. Hans has to go out a taround 10 am. good time to call - or later in the day.

@pyrrhula When we were in Germany before coming to visit you., we went to the Lueneburger Heide, but it was a bit too early for the heather. I lived so close to it and yet have never been there.
