It was overcast this morning, but not as windy as usual. I thought I might try a short walk. most the time I go the few steps to the lake first before I continue my walk. took these three pictures. you can tell by the way the sky looks that we might get some rain. I managed my mile walk and just made it four houses shy of home before the first few big drops darkened the pavement. had enough time to get inside, took my jacket off, went up to the sunroom, opened the sliding door to the deck and could hear the rain pelting down. nice to have a roof over the deck. I stood out there and enjoyed looking at puddles forming on the driveway. I love the rain as long as I don't get soaked.
Great shots, Bruni. I love the rain too. I don't even mind getting wet. The only things I don't want wet is my purse and my camera. I can easily dry off without damage.
@prttblues I wish I could say that, but unfortunately the least bit of a breeze or getting wet and I've an instant sore throat. had it for years and since I'm on two blood thinners a day, it got worse.
