The more the merrier

I took a quick drive to the beach at the north end of Keswick and when I saw all these geese standing on the water covered rocks, I had to take their picture.

Cool shot!! I don't recall seeing geese standing on just one leg! Lots of other birds but don't remember seeing geese do it. We have geese at the horse farm and never seen them do it!! Wish I could stand like that and keep my balance!! LOL

I think someone told me they do it to regulate their body temperature. They alternate the leg they stand on. Nice shot and processing Bruni.
