Within in few minutes

With the sunshine we had yesterday all the snow had disappeared and the streets were clear. today, within a few minutes of snow flurries and strong winds coming over the lake our view from the window was almost a total white out. a snow fall, with total amount of about 15 to 20 centimeters - 5.9 - 7.8 inches is in the forecast for Toronto. Hans's hernia surgery is scheduled for tomorrow and so we have to drive into Toronto. he has to stay four days and then I can pick him up again. I'm not looking forward to the drive in this weather.
