Ohhh!!!! Now I know what happes to missing suitcases

On our flight to Sacramento, we had a stopover in Chicago. while being zoomed in one of those electrical vehicles from the arrival area to the departing gates, I happened to see this suitcase display. by the time I had my camera ready, I got one shot, which of course, with the movement of the vehicle turned out blurry, but it reminded me later of what happened at the Pearson International Airport in Toronto. due to the freezing weather condition, there were... NO SUITCASES...!! we were told that the cargo door was solidly frozen and couldn't be opened. finally, today, 38 hours later, our suitcases were delivered to our doorstep.
