Three grey squirrels moved into our territory lately and one of them is a greatest acrobat. he runs up one tree trunk and jumps over to the other (we've a double tree) and from there up onto the feeder. hubby thought he made the feeder squirrel proof so they can't lift up the hood anymore and jump in (as they used to do and throw half of the seeds down). now this one jumps onto the rim or slights down from above and balances for quite a while while feeding.
