A typewriter display at the library

It's all about early reading.

In the olden days story pages were typed on a typewriter similar just bigger than this one. pages and pages eventual became a reading book.
I like to add that it's so important for little ones to learn how to read at an early age.

I copied this paragraph of google:

Reading daily to young children, starting in infancy, can help with language acquisition and literacy skills. This is because reading to your children in the earliest months stimulates the part of the brain that allows them to understand the meaning of language and helps build key language, literacy and social skills.

I totally agree with the paragraph you copied of google!

Wow... that's an old typewriter... but the 'R' key is missing from it... it's a 'Qwerty' keyboard; so it should be there, but I've noticed it's not.

This is so cool looking. How did we ever manage with just typewriters.

I agree with you. The greatest difficulty is choosing the right book.

I learnt to type on a large vintage typewriter when I was a teenager.
It would go "ding" when you got to the end of a line :)
I couldn't agree with you more about youngsters and reading.
@janeandcharlie thanks for the link - made me laugh :D
