The street lights are already in, but the work stopped on account of the cold weather conditions. it shouldn't be too much longer, before spring will arrive.
Very interesting! We have construction year round, yet we're running out of land! There is lots of empty space, but the land is not available on national forest, Indian reservations, and the military base.
