I checked on last year's Zimcult exhibition to find out if t was also in July, it was actually held in September. there were way too many sculptures to feature them all on 365, but today, when I saw this elephant, I thought to add it to this time around.
It's made of one stone as all the others are as well. the stone is a Dolomite and the artist is Tafadzwa Edias Sachiwo, the asking price was $11,200.
Thanks dear Bruni to inform me the artist. I was curious as I`ve a Zimbabwe statue myself. I bought it +/- 20 years ago and got with it a book of the history and all, the those day`s, famous artists. This one`s are a new generation.
