High up against the blue sky

I know I posted this gigamajig ( or is it a weather vane? ) years ago. Grace's car was parked right across from it and I thought I take another picture. so here it is. what do you think.

Well, I don't know what the artist thought they were creating, but I really like the curls and swirls the "flying things" are making and the spider webs add some nice interest too. Whimsical in a way and pleasant to look at. A subject worth revisiting. Good shot!
