Is he is a heated vivarium then? Cant understand why he isn't having his winter snooze. He looks very alert and happy

I wonder why he ended up at Tiggywinkles? Tortoises are not creatures that you normally associate with needing rescuing - there's not that many kept as pets since importation was made illegal to stop the appalling cruelty they endured in transportation.

Thank you for your comments, I am not sure why they were there, but there was about six of them and they have a heated shed that they live in.
