Blooming Shinshine by bulldog

Blooming Shinshine

I love stop-motion / time-lapse photography and when I saw this bud this morning, I know what I had to do.

The shots were taken a 5 minute intervals and ran from 06:54 to 10:34 this morning and I love the way it brought the sun out.

The full process can be see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pl1z_qZJPqs

I love day lilies but the briefness of the blossom saddens me a bit. This is wonderful!

Fun to see it in the stop action form- I see the same thing happen with my lilies- as well as them following the sun all day too.

A wonderful montage Bulldog - I cant wait to get home (I'm at work) and watch the video (For some reason the computer gremlins have blocked both Youtube & flickr on the work 'puters - something to do with sex and violence - I never seem able to find any tho'.)
