You know when you know you like a wine (in this case Yellow Tail) but we cannot remember which variety you like the most...
Well there is only one thing to do, have a wine tasting evening and open all four bottles.
After a very interesting evening, we think we like 'D' but it may have been 'B' or even 'C'.. One thing for sure, 'A' was the worst.
Good idea. We have a regular wine tasting barbeque every couple of months with friends. We have had them for years. Whoever hosts the barbeque provides the meat and the rest of us take along, dips, cheese and crackers, salads, potato salads, deserts etc. We each take it in turns to host the event and we sample 4 red wines and 4 white wines. Plus a few more bottles I can tell you. There are between 12 and 18 of us at each event. It is really good fun.
