I have to admit, I was really stuck for ideas on this one. So I did what anyone would have done and let the little people out of the sock draw to do some research while I was at work.
Maybe if they had spent a little more time researching and less time standing around chatting, they would have found something for me?
That's VERY inventive - but a bit of a tease not being able to read the title of any of the books as that's always what I try to do if I see a book in a pic................
Totally inspired Bulldog! I love it! Slightly concerned about the little person apparently trapped under the pages on the left. Was some skulduggery afoot perhaps?
Must be a relief to get out of the sock drawer methinks!! the flattened littele sod on the left looks how I feel right now!! what an inventive crew you have secreted in your drawer, love it!!
Brilliant composition for the challenge today. I wish I could think of original ideas. You've made me jealous! By the way, can you tell Ross to leave the October challenge link on the home page as I have to keep searching for it!
Love it , inspired - a literary chevron! Mind you, that won't do your books a lot of good, bending the spines like that. Signed, Ex-librarian. ;-)
Are you sure the little person on the scooter didn't run over that poor other little person and then try and hide the body??
Thank you all for you're lovely comments. Some of these made me smile and others made me wonder if me and the little people are the only sane people here?
Wow, thanks again for all your lovely comments and smiles and thanks you for the FAV’s Rose and Jackie!
Paul: The little people are bred in a secret bunker by companies like Hornby and are available from good toy shops or model railway shops. The ones that live in my sock draw are bred to be 00 gauge but be aware some other companies have tried to bred them and the poor little people look poorly painted (sorry dressed) and have some unfortunate disfigurements. Go for a good brand for close up photography.
Wow, thanks AnaZad. I went to Toys-R-Us yesterday, looking for some new one. Can you believe the no longer really sell proper train sets and accessories! @anazad511
All three books are by James Herbert, the one on the top is called Fluke, I will check the others when I rescue the chap on the left.
By the way, the one on the motorbike has just returned from your little get-together Lucy and Pat!
