Sorry for the delay posting, I have a long day yesterday, traveling from the Autumn weather of England to the Spring weather (and smog) of Milan and back.
Todays comedy shot:

03:00 – Wake up and quick coffee
03:20 – Start the day with a drive to Stansted airport, with diversions to pick my boss and another colleague up
05:00 – Arrive at Stansted
06:25 – Board RyanAir to Milan
08:05 – Took this shot of the Alps
08:25 – Arrive in Milan and got a Taxi to the office
09:30 – Start the first meeting
13:00 – Had the most wonderful (and huge) pizza for lunch!
13:45 – Back to the meetings
16:30 – Main meetings ended and had another one (just to kill some time)
17:30 – Long trip back to the airport as the motorway was closed
19:00 – Wonder round a massive shopping centre (with no Euros), to kill some more time
20:25 – Back on the plane home
22:25 – The worse landing I have ever had, I never realised you could bounce a plane sideways down a runway?
23:00 – Back to the car, head for home, dropping my colleague off on the way
00:30 – Home again
Will all this gallivanting be a regular occurrence? ;-)
And you got to go to Milan and not to enjoy it. I hope you get to go back and enjoy it at some point. Hard for me to imagine just jetting off for meetings. The worst landing I ever had was my very first flight. We were going to Cancun and the guy came in sideways and sort of hopped onto the landing strip. I still don't know how I ever got the courage to board the flight home. Liquid, I would imagine.
And What a day! At least you got to eat pizza too. Sorry to hear you had captain kangaroo at the helm...!
It was 3am yesterday morning that I looked at this one.
