This is a shot of one of the overflow streams that prevent the Grand Union Canal from overflowing as it travels past Uxbridge. The are two of these sluices but unfortunately the second one had even more rubbish in it.
It's amazing how calm the water appears, just above this and you can see this in my other shot today, Tranquil Water.
