Starting To Take Shape

Another busy evening today:
- First we measured and cut the four frame timbers.
- Then we got to grips with the Router to cut the small grooves in these timbers.
- This was followed by a trip to the shops to pick up a 'Chess Chest' to store the peices in.
- Back home and sand down all the timbers and the chest (don't tell Mrs B I did this in the living room)
- Finally, we glued the frame timbers to the board and this is now drying on the floor with heavy books keeping it flat.
