I mixed it up a little today and went from my walk at lunch time. Unfortunately for me, my new reactor-light glasses meant I was walking in permanent darkness..

I’m beginning to think the same about reactor glasses, I think I look stupid when I catch site of myself in a shop window in the winter! Doing well with your walking! I’m
Getting around 10,000 steps a day but not always walking as in out on the roads but am happy however I earn them.

Congratulations on getting to 4% already. I love my transition glasses, saves having to cart sunglasses around
