@mikegifford Thanks - it's actually taken from the top looking down at those husky parts which eventually turn brown.

It looks so beautiful from this angle...I live near many many cornfields and I have to say that I find them uninteresting but this photo of yours is making rethink corn....I may have to visit and see what pictures I can find in the fields. Great job!
