I used the bread maker to make some hot cross bun dough, which shortened the process to about 4 hours in total. The shiny finish was a sugar glaze. The orange and almond tart was from my new Mary Berry dessert book - delicious!
You are a busy lady-- but what lovely products !! -- so much nicer & satisfying to have home made cakes & desserts than to buy ready made . Love your presentation of your photos
