Inside the Trollfjord

It was difficult to get a feeling of the size of this Fjord. We were very close to the rocks and the turning space for such a large ship was very small. It was majestic and beautiful. Forgive me for the lack of comments but we had a busy day yesterday and the internet has been very slow. Thanks for all your comments and fav's on our travel photos.

@anazad511 Thanks for your interest. The ship is called the Midnatsol, and is one of the Hurtigruten ferries which is really a passenger ferry which also carries freight.

We went up here in the dead of night while the midnight sun was out all those years ago, en route from Stamsund to Narvik. I think you are whetting my appetite for a return trip!! I may need to google Hurtigrutte!!
