I'm still using up last year's blackcurrants from the freezer, and now this year's are ready to be picked. I found it incredibly hard to get a decent image of the jam bubbling away in the pan because the lens steamed up so quickly. Any ideas? I've used the best one as a background.
Brilliant photo and there will be a lovely smell in your kitchen I'm sure! My mum was making raspberry jam this afternoon and it's such a lovely 'comfort smell'!! Enjoy!
photographing the steam....i'd say just shoot quick...you could manually focus before hand to save time waiting for the camera to 'auto focus' :) ..jam looks delicious btw
