Wild flowers at Capel Manor by busylady

Wild flowers at Capel Manor

I visited the gardens at Capel Manor today with some friends. This patch of wild flowers was growing on top of a huge grassy mound covering a pile of unwanted fridges, washing machines and general rubbish. What a beautiful way to hide a pile of rubbish! The manor and grounds are now used as a college for horticultural studies.
So pretty!

Beautiful capture. Great that they're hiding the rubbish but what a shame that it was ever dumped!

@dulciknit Actually I didn't describe it very well. The public were asked to bring along their rubbish especially to make a mound. They wanted to show that it's possible to hide it and make it look beautiful!
