At last I've finished decorating the grand-children's bedroom. I made new curtains a few weeks back and decided that the room needed decorating before I could hang up the curtains. I used the owl motif on the curtains to repeat on the wall. Using 6 paint match pots and a pattern which I drew and then traced on to the wall, and a lot of time and patience - I'm rather pleased with the result. Just hope it doesn't scare them when I turn off the light!
Wow, that's really clever! I bought bunk beds and new duvets etc before some of my grandchildren came just before Easter, and I also bought some animal stickers for them to stick on the walls themselves: the results are not as I'd have done them, but they were really excited about them!
