We went here with a group of friends today and were treated to a lovely lunch. Madingley Hall is affiliated to Cambridge University as the centre for continuing education. They run all sorts of interesting courses and also have open days. It's well worth a visit.
A great place to have Christmas lunch. I've run a couple of conferences there, and it's been very good - except the time a pigeon fell down the chimney in the middle of a presentation!
