Feeding the birds

We took a New Year's walk around the river in St Ives (Cambs) discovering places we hadn't seen before. Made a note to go back and visit Holt Island when it opens again in the spring. This is taken from the town bridge.

Lovely composition with all the gulls too. I was in St Ives a few weeks ago with Lesley but didn't get any decent shots as it was awful heavy rain...... I really like this town, lots of photo opportunities.

What a great capture. I often drive up M11to A14 and pass the sign to St Ives, it looks worth a detour
