The log splitter

This is Albert who was happy to exchange conversation as we walked down from the Schilthorn and through his pretty mountain village.
That's my kind of man!

Looks like a fun fellow. We've rented splitters for years but last year jim decided to buy one and now he doesn't have to kill himself for two long days straight and can split as he has time and desire

@jgpittenger We also bought a log-splitter this year - a good deal from the very popular German store, Lidl. It makes a huge difference!

Fabulous. Very impressive. David made a log splitter last winter and it is working so well. It is a bit of a Heath Robinson affair, but works really well.
