Our local park often floods in Spring as it is built on the flood plain. However, this year some of these townhouses overlooking the river Great Ouse have lost some of their gardens and retaining walls. My friend's house is the one with the submerged boat which you may just be able to see. Not the best photo as it was taken on my phone.
