I just coudn't resist this patch of butterucps, so I parked my bike against the tree then decided to put the bike in the picture too. Despite being 'locked in', I'm enjoyihg getting out every day for a walk or bike ride.
@busylady My hill I meant Judith...flat country would please me although except for our hill the Fylde is fairly flat. Hope Peter is well, give him our regards!
@happypat Peter is well thanks, although he's finding this lockdown difficult, can't wait to hug the grandchildren again! Also, his knee replacement op was put on hold when corona virus arrived in the UK. I don't know how he'll cope if we have social distancing till the end of the year.
@busylady Oh that was bad luck.... he will be desperate to have that done. Yes it’s the little ones we miss the most....my little ones are in NZ & were used to being apart so it hasn’t affected us so much plus we’ve only just seen them but it’s very hard. You couldn’t have believed all this if someone had told us as we celebrated New Year!
@happypat You're absolutely right. Who would have believed it. We're thinking we may have to cancel our big wedding anniversary plans in July this year. So many people have had to cancel their plans and celebrations. Still we are fortunate in lots of ways so not complaining.
