A striking wild flower found on one of my nearby walks. It is a root vegetable belonging to the dandelion family and has incredibly large 'clocks'. Also known as the oyster plant as it has an oystery taste. I have borrowed a 50 mm lens from a friend to try to improve the focus on my close-ups.
