UFO

If you're familiar with patchwork and quilting you will recognise this term for an Un-Finished Object. This is a project I started some years ago and the pattern is known as 'stack and whack'. I was just learning this method of cutting out 6 triangles of fabric from the same part of the print, so that they fit together to make a new pattern. I have finally finished my UFO and turned them into a table runner and 3 small coasters.

1) lockdown means more time for finishing projects
2) I found time to clean out the fridge
3) home-made sweet potato and red pepper soup
