Every year I see this carpet of blue flowers outside this large house in Eaton Socon village. The village was mentioned in the Domesday book as Eaton and there are the remains of a castle nearby. Sadly the land is now privately owned. I live near here but I've never taken a picture of it before.
Good things - I went for a walk today in sunshine but returned home through a downpour! Thanks for all your comments and favs recently and for getting me onto the PP twice in a row!
@judithg Yes, that's right, there's an outlet centre and cafe here, where the Kath Kidston outlet used to be. I've been a couple of times, (last year) it makes a change from the usual coffee shops.
