I promised to go back to the pightle to take some more photos of these delightful snakes-head fritillary. It was a down on the knees job but I was fortunate that no-one passed by and asked what I was doing! Good things today - another beautiful sunny day and another visit to a friend's garden for coffee. Looking after the grandboys for a couple of hours this afternoon.
