The rose bush was so high that although the sky was blue I couldn't reach up to take a photo against the sky. Instead I cut them and put them on the garden table. I rather liked the shadows they created on the fence so have included that in the picture
Since I looked and commented on this capture I have been racking my brain for the name of the glassware -- and at last It has come to me - Is it a Caithness glass ? I have a small vase of my mum's in the blue !
@beryl It could be Beryl but I really can't remember. I can't see anything on the glass, but maybe it was a sticker. I've had it a long time and we did live in Scotland for a few years
