I made a Christmas sticky toffee pudding today which I had intended to make this time last year. I thought it would appeal to the youngsters rather than a traditional Christmas pudding. I also put the marzipan on the Christmas cakes - one for each member of the family. The other cake is a squash and apple traybake which used up a left over piece of butternut squash. I hope they all turn out OK as they're new recipes.
Well you have also been busy today Judith ! Yummy , they do look good . I have never made a Sticky toffee Pudding - sounds delicious ( but being diabetic - I think I shall miss on that one ) . I am mainly a savoury girl -- it helps me keep on the straight and narrow as regards to my diabetes !
